Subliminal messages have to be out of a sense of conscience who have be a few milliseconds long. Without some very specialized equipment will not be able to do so. Moreover, psychological research shows that subliminal messages not really do anything, so it might reconsider its plan in general. The best we can hope for is some information priming.
