Hypnosis is a science is not a religion

Let's take our minds of a two storey building. We can draw the floor above our conscious mind and the lower level of our subconscious. You read this article in your conscious mind. In a few hours or one- day or two, he runs down into the subconscious, where all information is stored. A specific stimulus associated with this event will pull all the information stored in the conscious mind.

Our subconscious mind holds memories, experiences, events, both good and bad what happened in our lives. These are the thoughts and feelings stored surface of our consciousness in response to a specific stimulus. I think we've all heard a motivational speaker Wayne Dyer. He mentioned in one of his video clips that "thoughts are energy." So if thoughts are energy, so that makes them alive.

Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. in one of his interviews said that we are a Petri dish 53-73 billion cells. He said he has spent his life in cell cultures and see the behavior of cells and their response to different environments. If we put the cells in a negative environment, then they will react very differently, which means all their chemistry and morphology changes a negative way. On the other hand, If you put these cells in a good environment, then they will react in an absolutely healthy.

What Dr. Lipton said is that if we are going to think positive, then we will create a positive environment and live a healthy life. If we want to think negative, then we will create a negative environment and live a life in poor health. Now back to our subject, hypnosis is not a science religion. What is hypnosis? Hypnosis is a way to tap into the subconscious. Hypnosis is a unique way to get into the spirit at the subconscious level and recording new and positive affirmations.

Let us explore a little further. Hypnosis is a state relaxation focused where an individual is neither asleep nor awake. At that time, the hypnotist speaks positive affirmations (positive way of seeing things) or changes in a particular way of thinking in the subconscious to change the program already stored in the subconscious mind. When the individual is invited to come out of the trance, he or she can not remember anything about it depending on the level of suggestion and trance, but the change has already been done at the unconscious level.

One word, record, has been used in the article a couple of times and it could seem a bit confused. Let us understand. If a person is progressed to a specific stimulus, then the stimulus and the response to specific stimulus is recorded in the subconscious. Now, whenever stimulus occurs, a program will pre-recorded in the form of aggravation, anger, frustration, etc.

It is important to mention here that hypnosis is simply a way to tap into the brain to remove the negative or painful thoughts of the subconscious and not a religion.
