Is there any electronic music or meditation that can make me fall into a deep trance?
I'm trying to do self hypnosis. I need music of meditation or music can induce brain waves directly to me in deep trance. must be free online as well Thanks
A series of free "guided" meditation mp3 and "brainwaves" of music files that can be downloaded from the Internet, I suggest you see music of JS Epperson (see links to websites below). He has a great variety of music that can help you relax, meditate or even sleep. While it has some Free demo clips, I recommend you invest in some pieces of meditation mp3 good. Each person is unique – you have to find what works best for you. I wish you peace and joy!
