Basic self hypnosis scripts are easy to write, but most of them fail to create real and lasting change. This article will show you how to power boost your self-hypnosis script so you can make changes that last a lifetime.
Most scripts self-hypnosis consist of direct hypnotic suggestions to encourage your subconscious to make the changes you want. Unfortunately, this approach is rarely crowned success in producing long term improvements. It may produce a temporary improvement, but often manage these improvements over time, and you end up returning to your original problem.
The reason for this approach is rarely successful is that regardless your behavior is undesirable, it is almost always dictated by deep, often unconscious, emotional drivers.
