regressive hypnosis
What are the claims of defenders of regressive hypnosis and what are the skeptics?
Include specific evidence, please I Google, I simply can not find enough information on the subject however.
I answered a question similar to this … I'll give my answer here, as it is very similar. That is a very difficult question to answer, much less prove with any certainty. I will describe some of my thoughts and analysis I have about the subject. Specifically, it is a past life regression (PLR) The first time I worked with someone in a PLR was very skeptical. I was not sure either way, whether it was true or not. So I did take notes, and later did some checks. As it turned out, was able confirming a good amount of information "gathered" in the session. There was a * very * strong correlation between the test period, and evidence of the records I looked up (mostly genealogy sites) Thus, a part of me was saying, hey this could be something. But the another part of me was saying, well, you could have known that information or picked from the same source that I, or by other methods. She had no reason for deceiving me I knew, and I told him I was going to check any information. It was something I did for my own curiosity. So, I got into this debate, it is true, or was imagined … Despite this some more, questioned and was a metaphor for something she was trying to solve in their day to day ongoing activities. And I kept thinking, trying to see from all points of views .. The conclusion I drew was, with our present understanding of ourselves themselves and the universe I'm not sure at this point you can ever really prove * * is a skeptic. For all the reasons that could get to the truth, I could come with a reason of the non-truth, and vice versa. Really reached a point where it could not come with an answer. But I thought of something else, and was the question the right one to be asking? In this context, was having some problems in her life, she really did not know why. There were fears of certain situations I've never experienced, however, those fears were so genuine. After the session of PLR, those fears diminished, and later were completely eliminated. So if you look at the issue again, and ask that in the context of "It's a done PLR hypnosis with you? "Then I would say that I feel we have no knowledge of understanding to make the statement true … But I ask you from context "Does Hypnosis PBR provide a positive benefit to your life, then my answer is absolutely 100%. So in this context, yes, indeed. So really comes down to the context of the question, and how to ask. The goal, or changes in the intended meaning of the question. So from my point of view, the real / not-real debate can not be answered with our current level of understanding / knowledge. Therefore, it has become an issue that really does not require much more (although I did not revise from time to time). My address my question is directed to "Are there any positive benefit of sitting." When I do that question, the real / unreal seems much less important than it first did. In this context, does it really matter if it was a living past, or whether it was imagined, or merely a metaphor a problem in their day to day? So as I say, a difficult question to answer. It's more a philosophical than scientific. With what I know, I also realize how much I do not know, but I know I can not understand how much I do not know that I do not know. Let me know if you wonder more about "forensic regression (or regression of life today) and I can answer that too. Despite what I have described can be easily applied in a forensic case of regression, but there are other complications that can go along with it. Cheers, Greg
