What are some power words and suggestive phrases I can use to hypnotize people without them knowing it?

You cant hypnotize someone without them knowing. That is a myth from the movies. Basically all hypnosis is self hypnosis and is merely guided by someone elses suggestion. A subject therefore has to be willing for you to be able to hypnotize them.
