Hypnotism is it real?
I've always been fascinated when I see people on TV being hypnotized, but I later learned that everything is fake and just acting. How does it feel to be hypnotized? is true or can fall asleep just looking at a pendulum swing back and forth while to hear someone say "a his dream of falling "several hundred times? i dont think i will, but it seems so easy on TV …..
not really fall asleep. you're just in a was very relaxed. I was mesmerized by my fear of flying. had avoided flying for years, until my niece was born and had to stay with my sister and help and learn my niece. So I went to a hypnotist and it relaxed me and took me through a very pleasant flight in my mind. spoke very slowly and I was so relaxed. but the key was that recorded the session and every night for a week, I had to listen to the tape as I fell asleep, so it got into my subconscious. worked! I loved to fly after that. was incredible.
