am I the only one that notices of hypnosis subliminal "ad" in theaters?

If you go to a Regal cinema or any other film to receive this strange "announcement" before the movie. It is advised to turn off your cell phone, but how it was made with soothing music, the droning voice and what appears to be a voice you can not do on the bottom I think it's subliminal hypnosis. Has anyone else noticed this? Seeing that I like being handled now leave my phone during the show.

Do not worry about it. I really do not think they are subliminal, just relaxing. The use of subliminal messages is prohibited most countries. In the U.S., the Federal Communications Commission banned the use of "deceptive" subliminal messages in 1974, after the phrase "doing things", was found repeatedly intermittently over a television ad toy. The Communications Office of the United Kingdom has that broadcasters must not use messages to influence viewers without being "fully aware of what happened." You really have nothing to worry about, just enjoy the movie, everything is fine:)
