Free Hypnosis Scripts
As a trainer of hypnotherapy, I am aware of the value in finding good hypnosis scripts on the internet. Part of being a therapist diverse, is to be able to recognize when other people work is good enough for you to use within your own practice. After all, where would Richard Bandler and John Grinder have learned if they have not believed in using the skills of someone else?
Part of growing is to accept that someone else might have the tools you need, ask them to use and learn how they did it.
To this day I still use a hypnosis script I found on the Internet as my favorite induction, and some of the metaphors of Milton Erickson is invaluable. The challenge is finding the right scripts that are really worth it. Many times I paid for the scripts of what appears to be reputable sites hypnotherapy, only to discover that the contents of the script would have contained more linguistic presuppositions if it had been written by my four year old nephew!
I am now pleased to announce that Building People, a training company in NLP and Hypnosis is offering free and paid scripts hypnosis, which were written by those who are qualified both as a Master NLP Practitioners and Hypnotherapists qualified who spent many years working in their field. The scripts each contain many known hypnotic language patterns such as the Milton Model and sensory predicates. Scripts are provided in Adobe Acrobat and payments are in script instead of paying a monthly fee that is charged by many other sites to download the script. And some scripts are provided free.
And because the team are so great and helpful, they even create a script to meet your needs, if you request one. Again, the script would be created by one of their qualified Hypnotherapists, which means it will be littered with built-in commands, language patterns and sensory language. You can even specify how long you want the script, if all their scripts are a minimum of 300 words anyway.
The bottom line is, it all comes down to quality. You can easily find scripts on the internet, but if you want to cause a very profound change evoking trance, then I recommend using these scripts. After all, if you are pick up the skills of someone else, you should at least make sure they are good at what they do!
